Back from Saturn

Well, I'm back. New and improved. Or something like that. My intention for this blog all along has been to make it a place where I can discuss my ideas about the emergent church, the modern church, and all things Christian. I have only recently become involved in a house church, having spent my whole life in the 'institutional' church, and it is so much more organic and simple than church as I've always known it. I hope to be able to discuss it more in the future as I get more involved with it. Next fall, a friend and I are also going to try and start an emergent cohort here at SBU, to start a conversation among Baptist university students about the future of the church.
